Cash School District
Home of the Pirates
The Cash School District, located in Cash, Craighead County, Arkansas was consolidated with the Bono School District and the Egypt School District to form the Westside (Jonesboro) Consolidated School District in 1966. The Mascot was the Pirates and the school colors were Red and White. The photo to the left depicts the old gymnasium as it currently stands in 2025. The gym is currently used as a community recreation center.

Home of the Bulldogs
The Egypt School District, located in Egypt, Craighead County, Arkansas was consolidated with the Cash School District and the Bono School District to form the Westside (Jonesboro) Consolidated School District in 1966. The mascot was the Bulldogs. The photo to the right shows the 1962 Egypt Bulldogs Baseball team.

Home of the Cardinals
The Bono School District, located in Bono, Craighead County, Arkansas was consolidated with the Egypt School District and the Cash School District to form the Westside (Jonesboro) School District in 1966. The mascot is currently not in our database. The mascot was the Cardinals and the school colors were Red and White. To the left is a photo of the 1967 Bono Cardinals senior basketball team, the last basketball team from Bono High School.

Lake City School District
Home of the Catfish
The Lake City School District, located in Lake City, Craighead County, Arkansas was consolidated with the Caraway School District to form the Riverside School District (Lake City) in 1985. The mascot was the Catfish and the school colors were Red and White. The Riverside School District's Elementary, Middle, and High Schools currently occupy the old Lake City school grounds. The photo to the right shows the old gymnasium in Lake City, circa 1964.

Home of the Tigers
The Caraway School District, located in Caraway, Craighead County, Arkansas was consolidated with the Lake City School District to form the Riverside School District (Lake City) in 1985. The mascot was the Tigers and the school colors were Black and Gold. The former school grounds are currently occupied by a branch of Riverside Elementary. The photo to the left shows Caraway High School in 1950. Caraway was also known as Caraway Central.

Home of the Buffaloes
The Monette School District, located in Monette, Craighead County, Arkansas was consolidated with the Leachville School District (Mississippi County) to form the Buffalo Island Central School District (Monette) in 1984. The mascot was the Buffaloes. The former Monette school grounds are currently occupied by Buffalo Island Central Elementary and High Schools. The photo to the right shows Monette High School in 1949.
